The Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) organized five awareness programs against drugs for the youth of Madhya Pradesh under the Mission Yuva Raksha.

The Central Narcotics Bureau (CBN) has taken a significant step to protect the youth of Madhya Pradesh from the destructive effects of narcotic substances. Under the bureau’s supervision, five awareness programs were organized in various parts of the state as part of a special campaign titled “Mission Yuva Raksha.” The primary objective of these programs is to raise awareness among the youth against the misuse of drugs and to keep them free from this tendency.

CBN officials noted that in the current scenario, the impact of narcotic substances is not limited to addicts alone but poses a threat to the entire future of the youth generation. Keeping this fact in mind, the campaign specifically targets young people who are unaware of this world and are being pushed into the wrong path in the dark. Through lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and interactive sessions at the five organized programs, the youth were informed that the consumption of narcotic substances not only harms their personal health but also ruins their careers and social respect.

Experts and bureau officials participating in the programs appealed to the youth to understand their responsibility and stay away from those who encourage them toward narcotic substances. They stated that “Mission Yuva Raksha” is not merely a government initiative but a social movement in which the youth should use their strength to contribute to the construction of the future. These sessions conducted in the extensive districts of Madhya Pradesh generated significant responses among the youth, with many promising that they would not only protect themselves but also warn their classmates and family members about this danger.

Senior CBN officials indicated that this initiative is not a temporary measure but will be continued on a sustained basis. In the coming times, similar awareness programs will be organized in other districts of Madhya Pradesh so that this message can reach every corner. Officials believe that education and proper guidance are the most effective weapons against narcotic substances. If the youth society remains aware, the government will not need to deploy more resources or take strict action to prevent this problem. Through this campaign, the message has been clearly conveyed that the youth are the backbone of the nation and the responsibility of their protection lies with everyone, especially those who are part of this campaign.
